All of our other treats, cupcakes, cakes, bento boxes etc are for pickup or local delivery only.

Postage starts at $15 and increases depending on item weight.

All sugar cookies are hand packed and protected with bubble wrap when posted. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we can no longer look after them, so postage is at your own risk. Gourmet Bakes & Co does not offer refunds for damaged cookies due to postage handling.

The ingredients in each treat are all different based on the item. Each item you receive will have an ingredients sticker/label attached.

Depending on treat/design, ingredients may also include but are not limited to the use of colouring gels, sprinkles and edible items.

The prices of our products vary depending on a number of factors. Our current collection pricing can be viewed under the "shop" tab on our website, however if you would like a more personalised quote on a custom order, please fill out our custom enquiry form and we will be able to guide you from there.

If the item you require is available on our website, place an order here and checkout through the cart. If not, please complete a custom enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All of our cookies are heat sealed in clear plastic packaging and will remain fresh for up to 6 weeks. Once opened, cookies are best consumed within 24 hours.

Each cake order is made fresh ready for you selected date. All cakes, cupcakes and baked treats are best consumed within 2 days of receiving.

Sugar cookies do not need to be refrigerated and we advise against this. They can be stored in a cool, dry place.

Our cupcakes, bento boxes and tray cakes need to refrigerated as they are buttercream cakes. We recommended that they are enjoyed at room temperature. This means that you will need to find space in your fridge for your cake, and bring it out 1 hour before serving. 

As soon as possible! Some dates fill up faster than others so to avoid disappointment please get in touch so we can secure your date. At a minimum, please give 2-3 weeks notice for a custom order. Website packs require at least 1 week notice, unless sold out prior.

Of course you can! If you would like us to direct the order to somebody else, please fill in their postal details when placing your order and let us know who to address the package to. Don't forget to add your contact details as all updates will be sent directly to you.

Please get in touch regarding any allergens. Please note all of our treats are prepared in a home kitchen, so traces of allergens may be found.
